Energitismo Insight

On a hill with a beautiful view of the sea, are the baths described in the travelogue by the poet Namaziano in 426 AD. The name comes from a legend according to which a bull (usually regarded as a deity) would have pawed and scratched the land before it started to fight, and that point would have resulted in a source of hot sulphurous water with beneficial properties. The complex is divided into two areas: the Republican Baths (dating back to the first century B.C.) and the Imperial Baths (around 130 A.D.).
