On August 14 is the festival dedicated to one of the traditional dishes of the Ciociaria, Sagne. It is a dough made with flour, water and eggs that is used mainly on feast days and at weddings. It is distributed in the square topped with the traditional Sgurgola sauce made of three kinds of meat: beef, pork and sausages.
