In October for the feast of the patron, San Celso, the town celebrates with the Festival of Polenta. Polenta is a peasant dish par excellence and once represented the main food while today it has become a food for festive occasions served with spare ribs and sausages. The polenta is cooked in huge copper pots and stirred vigorously by hand according to the local traditions.
