The museum is housed in three 'cellars’, (places dedicated to wine production and storage) overlooking the old town along the Monteporzio road. There are housed a collection of wine tools and equipment illustrating the main processes of the wine industry. They also describe the work of the 'master coopers' and carters of the characteristic wine of the Castelli Romani. The museum is equipped with QR Code technology with which you can view a series of documents and interviews directly to your smartphone. The visit is completed in the tasting room with sensory analysis and a taste of local wines.
