To understand the magnitude of the Roman engineering, a walk in this lush garden is a time of peace and wonder. There are over 12 km of structure of which part is high bridges and part is underground. Some of these parts are visible and can be visited, the others you can just admire the ingenuity and craftsmanship as in the Bulica Bridge, preserved without having need of any restoration. In this park you can encounter a variety of animals such as weasels and hedgehogs, or birds such as the red kite or the buzzard. The water tunnel Marcia passes through an entire hill, with a path with perfectly controlled incline, and it comes out on the opposite side on the Maremmana road.
