In the area of ​​Trevignano sheep farming is common as are shepherds of Sardinia or Abruzzi origin, and the local products are Pecorino Romano, Caciotta and cottage cheese. The typical 'giuncatina' is a soft cheese obtained from the first phase of working the cheese and the name comes from the cane vessel in which was once prepared.
