Energitismo Depertim

The Lorenzo Ferri Museum is dedicated to the sculptor, restorer and sindonologist (expert on the Turin Shroud) Lorenzo Ferri (1902-1975). It contains two sections dedicated to Ferri: the collection of works by the artist and the one dedicated to his Monumental Nativity scenes (Presepe). The latter, located in the underground rooms of the Palazzo Comunale (former Augustinian Monastery), is home to 9 statues made by Ferri, each more than 4 meters high. The statues depict the Epiphany with Mary and the baby Jesus, St. Joseph at the right hand of the Virgin and in front of them, the three Magi, one kneeling, with their pages that bear the offers.
